Yes, our skins have a cut out to show the logo on the outside of the original plate.
Yes, our skins cover all visible areas of the console. However, there will still be some white showing, in particular along the edge of the plates.

We’re a UK based company, but our team of designers, engineers and product specialists are scattered around the world, from Egypt to New York. We also have a US hub in Missouri.
Different skins have different expected dispatch dates; specific shipment dates are detailed on each individual product page. Some of our skins are in-stock and are ready to shipped, whereas some are only available on a pre-order basis.
For skins that are in-stock, orders are usually dispatched within 3 - 5 working days. If you ordered a mix of in-stock and pre-order skins, your order will be dispatched when the skins on pre-order are ready to be shipped.
At the moment, we offer USPS and UPS for customers in North and South America, and Royal Mail for the UK and ROW.

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping.
Most carriers provide flexible delivery options for when you are not home or wish to make alternative arrangements. It is up to you to arrange this with the delivery company.
If your order goes missing in the post, we will offer a full and immediate refund. However, often orders are delayed, not lost. If you parcel has not been delivered 6 weeks after shipment, we will declare your parcel as lost and provide a full refund or a replacement.
Additionally, if your parcel gets reverted back to us for whatever reason, we will issue a full refund on receipt.
We cannot accept responsibility for any delivery issues resulting from incorrect personal details such as recipient name, shipping address and phone number.
All orders are dispatched from London, UK.
North and South America orders are bulk shipped to our US hub in Missouri, where orders are then individually distributed.
Products delivered to international countries may be subject to import taxes, fees, levies or other charges which are the sole responsibility of the purchaser, or the recipient of the purchase in different. We strongly recommend that you establish the likely charges applicable in the country of destination before placing an order.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Orders, including pre-orders, are not eligible for cancellation/ a refund prior to shipping. Once you've received you order you will have 5 days to request a refund.
If you wish to cancel your order before the date of shipment, we will only be able to offer you an in-store credit for the same value.
If you receive your order and you're not happy, please do not attempt to apply the vinyl as this will void our refund policy. If you apply the vinyl and then decide you're not happy with your purchase you will not be eligible for a refund.

Returned items must be in the state they arrived.
For vinyl skins, refunds are only eligible if you return the item untampered, and in its original state.
If you would like to request a refund or speak to a member of our team about our refund/ cancellation policy, please email email@example.com with the subject: REFUND and providing a valid reason for the refund request.
Should you wish to return your item(s), please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receiving your order (according to the delivery date on the parcel tracking if applicable). Our customer service team will ask you to complete a digital returns form, and will then provide you with the correct returns address.
Sale items, including our imperfect skins, are unable to be refunded. We can instead offer you a store credit voucher.
It is up to you to choose how to return the item(s) back to us, but we strongly advise that you used a tracked returns service as we cannot accept responsibility for returns that we do not receive.
In order to receive a full refund, products must be returned to us in the original packaging and in a resalaable condition. They can be clipped onto your console to test for size before returning.
Yes, we have temporarily extended the returns period for products purchased as a gift. Orders between 1st December - 24th December can be returned up until 17th January. Please contact email@example.com if you would like to start a return. All products must be returned in an unused and resalable condition to be eligible for a refund.
Unfortunately we cannot cover the cost of returning your products. Any charges incurred for returning goods back to us for an exchange or refund are your responsibility. We have 2 returns hubs – one in the UK and one in the USA – to minimise your returns postage costs.
We had to change out company name from PlateStation 5 to Customize My Plates because of an alleged trademark infringement.
We stopped selling plates due to due to EU & US design patent restrictions.
We have reached out to everyone individually who pre-ordered plates explaining the legal situation and offering an exchange for skins or a full refund.
