All return requests must be started within 5 days of receiving your order.

In order to receive a full refund, products must be returned to us in the original packaging, untampered, and in its original, resalable condition.

If you would like to request a refund or speak to a member of our team about our refund/ cancellation policy, please email hello@customizemyplates.com with the subject: REFUND and providing a valid reason for the refund request.

Our customer service team will ask you to complete a digital returns form, and will then provide you with the correct returns address.

Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of returning your products. Any charges incurred for returning goods back to us for an exchange or refund are your responsibility. We have 2 returns hubs – one in the UK and one in the USA – to minimise your returns postage costs.

If you receive a defective or faulty item, we will offer you an immediate refund or replacement item(s). We may ask you to return the faulty goods back to us. In this case, you would not be asked to cover the returns postage costs.

It is up to you to choose how to return the item(s) back to us, but we strongly advise that you used a tracked returns service as we cannot accept responsibility for returns that we do not receive.
